Thank you so much for showing interest in Sunset Lodge at Rusty Tractor Vineyards for your special day. We appreciate you reaching out and we want to thank you for considering us for your event.
Please look over the following information for what is included in your rental package. You will have access to five different spaces associated with your day long rental beginning at 9am: The Sunroom, The Barrel Room, The Bridal Cottage, The Pavilion, and The Ceremonial Lawn.
Bridal Cottage and Barrel Room:
When you arrive at Sunset Lodge you and your bridal party will be greeted by our staff at The Bridal Cottage and The Barrel Room. Both spaces will be available to keep the happy couple separated from the moment you arrive until the first look or the ceremony. Both locations offer large private patios overlooking our perfectly manicured vineyard.
The Bridal Cottage is your little oasis before the ceremony. You and your party can relax and get ready for your special day. We are outfitted with five Hollywood mirror vanities with all the outlets you would ever need. It would also be the perfect location for a catered bridal luncheon. The Bridal Cottage’s quaint kitchen is furnished with flatware, silverware, and glasses.
The Barrel Room is a beautifully restored and renovated 100-year-old dairy barn. We have two full length mirrors for this space. We are happy to stock the bar for you and your guests to enjoy before the ceremony. There is also a large 65" TV in the barrel room for your personal use.
You will have access to The Sunroom all day to arrange it however you would like. The Sunroom includes 29, sixty-inch round tables, 2 six-foot buffet tables, and 2 eight-foot buffet tables. We also have chairs for up to 270 people in the following styles: 65 cross-back wooden chairs and 200 brown wicker chairs. The lower covered patio directly outside of The Sunroom would be perfect for cocktail hour.
The interior of The Sunroom features a lavish three-part bar with the option to provide a broad collection of wines for your event. Since we make the wine right here in the same building as your event, we can 100% assure you we will never run out of wine! Alternatively, we serve beer and we can create custom craft cocktails personalized for your tastes.
If a ceremony with spectacular scenery is what you have in mind, we have some of the best of what the Natural State has to offer. We have over ten acres of beautiful, lush lawn that will provide the perfect landscape for your nuptials! The vineyard makes an ideal backdrop to any vows. Our Pavilion can seat 300 people.
Additional amenities include:
-Early access to the venue at 9am.
-Asphalt parking lot for 130 vehicles.
-Covered front walkway.
-Use of our state-of-the-art audio/visual system which includes: one handheld mic, two lapel mics, a comprehensive speaker system, and three large screens. These screens are perfect for a menu, slideshow, or itinerary of events.
-Our lighting system is completely customizable and on dimmers.
-We have a full commercial kitchen with a private entrance for catering staff and rental deliveries. We would be happy to give you catering or rental company recommendations!
-All our interior spaces are fully equipped with HVAC and extremely well insulated. We can get your event to the temperature of your choosing despite the time of year!
-We are close to several hotels in the area. Please ask us for our recommendation. We would be happy to give you suggestions on convenient locations for your guest to stay.
-Our accommodating location is perfect for Uber, Lyft, taxi, and/or shuttle busses. This means you do not have to worry about the safety of your guests.
-All our facilities are fully handicapped accessible.
-SL@RTV has two coat racks to accommodate all your guest’s sports coats, jackets, etc.
-An hour-long rehearsal is included in your rental.
-There is a three-hour photo shoot included outside of the day of your rental. This is perfect for engagement pictures or bridals.
